356labs is an international presentation agency working with some of the world’s most demanding organizations - including Fortune 500 companies, hyper-growth startups, and leading universities.
They specialize in creating and delivering high-stakes presentations, corporate training, and workshops that inspire change and drive results. The challenge
They had a new design. But WordPress slowed them down. Publishing was clunky. Managing content was painful. Scaling globally wasn’t possible.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the entire site in Webflow with pixel-perfect accuracy. Every page, from homepage to case studies, was implemented 1:1 — clean, fast, premium.
But more importantly, we built a system. The foundation of the site was engineered around scalability: flexible CMS structures, reusable components, and automated features that allow the team to move quickly without breaking the design. Our goal wasn’t just to replicate a design but to deliver a long-term growth platform.
Flexible CMS
We built a custom Case Study template in Webflow with dozens of CMS fields to give the team flexibility when creating new pages.
Each section of the template is predefined, but the content inside those sections can change. The team can choose whether to showcase a video, an image, or a set of visuals, and they can update assets or copy as needed. This way, every case study feels tailored to the story it tells, without breaking consistency.
The result is a system that’s both flexible and reliable: content looks unique, but the overall structure always stays premium and on-brand.
Features That Matter
To complete the build, we added practical features that support lead generation and user experience.
Each product page now includes custom forms designed to capture only the most relevant data for that specific service. This ensures the sales team receives structured, qualified leads instead of generic inquiries.
We also integrated Mailerlite, connecting newsletter signups directly to their database. Every contact is stored and ready for ongoing engagement, helping the marketing team build and nurture their audience effortlessly.
Finally, we implemented a dark/light mode that adapts automatically to the user’s browser preferences. This creates a modern, accessible experience that feels seamless across all devices.
